An astrologist studies the positions of celestial bodies in relation to their birth and then the movement or position of these celetial bodies directly influence events experienced that person.
Tarot card reading is typically a set of seventy-eight cards which are utilized primarily for divinatory purposes.
Palm-reading or palmistry is to evaluate a person's character or future by studying the palm of their hand.
A psychic refers to the ability of someone able to perceive things hidden from the senses. The existence of psychic abilities is unsupported and skeptics believe that psychic occurrences are either trickery or self delusion.
Millions of dollars have been spent by those individuals, who are seeking advice and counsel, by those practicing these and other methods. Some of these 'advisors' have profited millions off of unsuspecting clients willing to pay for that hopeful glimpse into their future.
